"Mike & Carrie in the Morning" is a musical combination of companionship and commentary on everything from raising your child to raising the roof at the latest concert.

Mike Harper has been the morning host for 89.5 KVNE  since the Reagan era, and has not only become a familiar voice in East Texas, he's actually begun to grow moldy, and doesn't mind telling you about it.

Carrie Parsons, longtime KVNE afternoon personality, has been Mike's co-host and voice of reason for the past year. She provides a Mom's point of view and will most likely, at some point every morning, cry.
