KVNE is proud to partner with New Mercies for Moms–a local, East Texas ministry. New Mercies for Moms seeks to remind mamas that Jesus is in their midst. Each week, they encourage moms through their online and in-print devotions. And now, they share that encouragement on-air each weekday afternoon.

Meet the New Mercies Mamas:

Jill

Jill Davis is a pastor’s wife, mama of two, and a lover of all things coffee. She and her husband co-own Joe Pine Coffee Co. in Marshall, Texas. A graphic designer by trade, Jill creates logos, t-shirts, and murals for various organizations around East Texas. When she’s not drinking coffee, she loves to wrap bouquets of flowers, work with the letterpress in her garage, and go to estate sales around East Texas. Mary Kathryn

Mary K. lives near the edge of Texas with her husband, their two kids, and thirty head of cattle. She is a freelance writer, adjunct professor, and podcaster. In 2023, she co-founded Writing Off Social, helping female Christian writers grow and nurture their audiences without social media.
