Evening Show Recap: July 17th

This rain has been crazy, can we agree?! But then again, after quite a dry spell, some natural nourishment for the plants and lawns across East Texas is always a nice thing. Besides the weather being a little whacked-out, it seems like some in our community are going through their own personal roller-coaster ride in life: *Mail Theft is happening to those in the Lindale area. Officials are reporting numerous cases of mail theft occurring, mainly with outgoing mail. For the next week or so, Lindale residents are being asked to take any important mail (checks, bills, etc.) to the actual post office instead of leaving it in your mailbox for pick-up.   *OPINION TIME: Asked this earlier on our Facebook page, but want to know what you think if you missed it. The band is called All Things New, a group of 20-something's from Florida, and I would love to know what you think about their new song, "Washed Over Me."

  *Late News for Some: The Twinkie is BACK! That's right, after months without the golden cake, the Twinkie came back to shelves on Monday...with a longer shelf life.
