Let's all also pray for those harmed in these tornadoes of National report. Let's pray before the storms hit, which appears to be a majority of days, lately as well as praying for those having gone through them.
I want to make it a habit to take time to come here and pray for the current requests.
God bless each reader. I do have a suggestion in the form of a question.
'What is the best or greatest form of worship?
Obedience! Let's examine ourselves and not find that we are more lip-service then obedience. The music is a blessing, but let's not discover that we are more into the feeling than the committment.
I judge myself before sleep. I have caught myself some weeks having been more into the feeling....of the music than watching myself and my lack of patience, having snarky tones with an unsaved hubby, etc.
Narrow the way and few find it? We have time right now....what a gift....to get it right.
Relax....the desire to obey is more than half of the battle, I suspect.
I hush, didn't come here to pontificate but oops....

My son has gotten into some serious legal trouble- about 9 months ago- he has stopped smoking marijuana and is showing interest in going back to church and re establishing his relationship with the Lord. It was a rough several years before he got into trouble. I am worried about the legal consequences he may face.. he has turned his life around , he works everyday and is in a serious relationship with a sweet young lady. I pray that the judge shows mercy and compassion on my son for his bad choices and that how he is trying to live now is recognized and considered when he faces the earthly Judge- I know the heavenly judge sees his progress, forgives him and loves him.

I have an adult son, Christopher- he grew up in church and Christian. He has been struggling with his relationship with the Lord for many years. Chris lost his father at three weeks of age- at times he overthinks things to the point of anxiety and defeat. Please pray with me that my son's current insecurities about himself (that are lies from the devil and debilitating) and past hurts and trauma from childhood be healed. I pray that Chris re-establish his relationship with the Lord and that God sends people/friends/ and a companion into his life that are believers- if that is God's will and they can build a life together and accomplish things for the Lord . I also pray for continued protection for my son in his profession- as he is on the road daily for long hours and was involved in a serious vehicle accident a few moths ago. In Jesus name Amen.
