Hello Good late afternoon an update on my Thyroid situation. After meeting with the Endocrinologist on September 16,2024. Then talking with my PCP.
Today October 2,2024 @ 2:20 pm. I meet with the surgeon again it looks like I’m going to have the Right side of my thyroid removed now with a second surgery soon. I will know surgery date in a couple days and update you.
The day after surgery I will start with
LevoThyroxine medication harmone replacement for the rest of my life.
Then I go through the R-I31 treatment Radioactive Iodine treatment, to rid any left over traces of iodine. I pray this will make me to start feeling better.
Honestly, I haven’t felt well since January 2023.
