Veteran's Day Heard On Air Blog

Tomorrow is Veteran’s Day, a Day where we take a minute (or a good amount of minutes), to reflect and thank those who have served our country so we could have the freedoms we have. To help thank them, MANY places are offering different ways and things for no cost. They know that there are not enough times and enough ways to say “Thank You,” but’s it’s the best they humanly can do:

  • Denny’s has a free build-your-own Grand Slam deal going from 5am-noon.
  • IHOP‘s offer runs from 7am-7pm and is good for free Red, White, and Blue pancakes.
  • TGI Friday’s says “lunch is on us” and it looks to be a massive burger and fries.
  • Texas Roadhouse has a larger lunch menu consisting of 10 free options.
  • Golden Corral during their “thank you” dinner from 5-9pm
  • Olive Garden has 7 free meal options valid all day.
  • Chili’s confirmed that it’s all day and off a limited menu of about 6 or 7 items.
  • Starbucks will offer a free tall brewed coffee to veterans, active duty service members and military spouses
  • Last up is Macy’s 20% off coupon code VETS
  • A delicious free appetizer at Red Lobster when you show your military ID
  • Cotton Patch is giving you either a free Chicken Fried Chicken or Chicken Fried Steak lunch or dinner for you
  • It’s a Create a Combo lunch or dinner for you at On The Border
  • From 11am – 7:30pm, you’ll get 50% off your meal at Tradition’s in Tyler
  • In need of a haircut? Great Cuts is offering one anytime tomorrow

For all that you’ve done, continue to do, and continue to support (if your family is in the military), I pray to the Lord a prayer of Thankfulness for what’s already been protected, and a prayer of safety for how things are going right now.

Blessings ~Nikki
