Not? Perhaps you’re in the middle of a quandary. An impasse. A calamity. If so, you may think, “Easy for you, Mr. Big Pants!”

Understandable. First of all, I wear a 34 waist. Secondly, I have problems, too. I don’t share a lot of them because, like you, I can say there’s always somebody who has it worse.

Regardless of how bad it is, it really could be worse. AND, it really will get better.

Don’t try to figure it all out on your own. We have resources. The Bible. Wise counselors. Friends. And yes, even your weird parents.

But after you’ve exhausted all your options, go back to God. And remember. He doesn’t just turn on a light and fix it immediately. He could, but He probably won’t.

It’ll come to you sometime later. You’ll look back and go, “Oh.”

Too many of us think we know enough about God and have the answers. Oh, how impressed we must be with ourselves!

Don’t do that. Go back to Him. He’s the answer. He’s perfect. We need that Foundation.
