Do your blessings overflow? Most of us would say yes. He blesses our efforts, and sometimes gifts just seem to land in our lap. “Blessing upon blessing” almost becomes the norm. Unknowingly, we get kind of used to it.

Careful.

Blessed? Keep thanking God, seeking Him, asking Him for wisdom. If we talk about blessings, let’s be sure to include Him in the conversation. Gifts are obviously from Him. But it’s easy to forget when our accomplishments appear to be due to our hard work. We can talk about gifts like it’s all about us.

Sure, we play a part. What an honor to partner with God!

Remember. He’s in charge. And He shows favor to the humble.
