This past week, KVNE artist Natalie Grant (Held, Clean, Your Great Name) sent a video prayer request to Christian radio stations around the country.

She is facing a delicate surgery on her thyroid after doctors found multiple growths, some appearing suspicious. Because the surgery will have doctors working extremely close to her vocal chords and voice, she is asking for prayer to protect this affecting her voice.

We are also praying for benign growths.

Natalie, her husband Bernie, and their three little girls are asking that we all prayer for her final outcome.

Natalie is known not only for her big voice but for her big heart as seen in the attached video of her reaching out to a family that had been used to fool a number of artists, including Natalie, herself.

We will be updating you on Natalie’s progress and the outcome of the surgery and the biopsy.
