It’s a New Year which means…NEW MUSIC!! And these new tracks are pretty powerful I’ll say –Nikki

Casting Crowns, “Just Be Held”
Even though their CD, “Thrive,” was released almost 2 years ago, there are still great songs coming from it, including this one. The members of Casting Crowns are still busy as always, with a new worship album out, leading worship and youth group at their local church, and getting their touring schedule together for this Spring coming up

Natalie Grant, “Be One”

After a little recent health scare with her daughter Gracie, Natalie Grant and her family have been enjoying some much-needed family time (and yes, Gracie is all good now). Natalie will begin touring once again, mainly as part of her Dare to Be conferences that she has with speaker and best friend Charlotte Gambill. Here’s an acoustic version of the song you’ll hear int he next few days

Zealand Worship, “Good Good Father”

If you’ve been to any contemporary worship service recently, you’ve probably heard this song in some form or fashion. Originally written by Pat Barrett and Tony Brown, multiple artists have picked the song up, including Housefires, Chris Tomlin, and this group, Zealand Worship. And if you think the group sounds a lot like old-school Newsboys…your mind is not playing tricks on you. Former member, Phil Joel, leads the group, with the motto behind the group: “ZEALAND:/’ze-lend/ OR [zee-luh nd]. Noun. A state of heart and mind; where the soul is awakened and the leaves turn ‘greener’. Syn: ZEALOUS: [zel-uh s] OR /’zelus/: (ADJ) To be inspired by intense enthusiasm or zeal; describes one who is devoted, passionate, or fervent regarding the ‘land’ they’ve been given and the [LIFE] we‘re born to live.”

Matthew West, “Grace Wins.”

Winter Jam has started again, and this time Matthew West is part of the fun. At those concerts he’s probably playing this new one, off his album “Live Forever,” which is filled with more and more stories from lives around the country. And yes, he is STILL taking stories, so feel free to share your story HERE
