We know God uses music to bless so many people! A listener reached out and let us know what happened when she turned on KVNE in hospitals rooms!

“I have worked at Truman W. Smith Children’s Care Center for the past 15 years. For those who don’t know, Truman W. Smith Children’s Care Center is a long-term facility for medically fragile children.

A couple of years ago, I started turning to KVNE on in all of my patients’ rooms. The first day I did this, by the end of my shift, I noticed that I didn’t have near the ventilator alarms. The children were calm! Oh my goodness! It was such a good day. I thought maybe it was a fluke, so I did the same thing the following day. Again, my patients slept better and were simply content.

Going in and out of my kiddos’ rooms and listening and praising Jesus makes for such a great work day. Other respiratory therapists and nurses took notice and asked “why are you not running like crazy answering alarms?” I told them “it was KVNE!” They soon followed suit. The staff and children at our facility appreciate what this radio station is doing in our lives!”
