Time with God

I wish I could tell you that I start every day with a daily devotion with God, but that would not be the truth.

Excuses like “I have so much to do today,” “I’m running late and need to get to work,” I’ll take some time for God later,” etc.

Quiet time and prayer with God are essential! When I miss my devotional time with God, I don’t get that calmness I need for the day.

Being a Christian is an everyday process where you grow to be more and more like Christ.

Read the Bible, pray, and take time to be with the Lord. If you don’t, you won’t be fed and you will not grow in your Christian walk.

That was me for a few years, and I’ll tell you, it’s better to be in the Lord’s will than not!

Leave everything in God’s hands and soon you’ll see God’s hands in everything!

“…being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.

Philippians 1:6
