In our lives, sometimes one-word can describe a situation better than any paragraph can. And for these latest songs from KVNE artists, one-word will remind you of the gift of God, remind you of why you’re here in this world, and remind you about what makes you learn and grow in life!

Elevation Worship, “Resurrecting”

As Elevation Worship still helps lead worship at their churches in North Carolina, they also have been working on their latest album called “Paradoxology,” and putting together songs and knowledge to help spread at WorshipU, a 2-week gathering of worship leaders, songwriters, musicians and creatives in California. But throughout all of that, this latest one was sent our way! If you listen to us Sunday Mornings, you’ve probably already heard this song and just couldn’t get it out of your head. Well, after you let us know in our Music Crew Survey that you loved it even more than once a week, we had to give it to you throughout your days!

Rhett Walker, “Believer”

It’s Summer Music Festival time, which means for some of these artists, a lot of time in the sun at outdoor venues, all throughout the U.S.A. Thankfully Rhett Walker is originally from the South and knows a thing or 2 about being outside in the heat. As he’s doing a few summer festivals, he’s also working on this new album project, this song being the first single off it! To stay up to date on the album (or get a laugh now and again), he’s always posting random photos and pictures on social media…but just make sure you’re not drinking anything when you watch the videos (don’t want you to laugh TOO hard).

TobyMac, “Scars”

For as long as most can remember, a tradition TobyMac has had during the summer is helping and hosting Camp Electric, a worship and rock & roll music camp for teens from 13-19 years old. So far he’s wrapped-up one of the weeks, with the 2nd one starting soon (and keeping him and Diverse City pretty busy). He also is getting things together for a few Summer Music Festivals, where if you’ll be at Rock the Desert in Midland, TX, you’ll probably catch this latest one live (just make sure to wear sunscreen). Here’s Toby in his own words delving into the new song “Scars”
